Competences and skills
- The profile has a secondary school diploma or higher, preferably in an administrative or technical area
- The profile shows an average knowledge of English (B1 or higher)
- We are looking for a junior profile, even without experience
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to analyse and organise
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparation and organisation of documents for technical trips
- Management and preparation of necessary material for technicians
- Assisting in the shipment of spare parts and managing the relevant documentation
- Support in day-to-day office activities
- Collaboration with the team to ensure an efficient workflow
Hierarchical reporting
- The profile will report to the service manager
Employment contract
The expected contractual status is open-ended (possibility of internship for more junior profiles), CCNL commerce.
